Goladinha is a beautifully restored mountain hamlet in the heart of Portugal, at the foot of the Serra do Espinhal. Committed to nature, beauty and peace, it is a space for discovery, inspiration and deep relaxation. Lovingly restored stone houses and life close to nature define its character, with direct access to the little river Alge flowing just below.
For many years we have documented daily life here in our blog. We welcome solo women travellers, the LGBTQ community, digital nomads, families and groups – everyone is invited to spend time here, enjoy the privacy of the valley, and slow down.
Location & Geomancy

The little river Alge curves around Goladinha in the shape of an omega – a fitting symbol. The „peninsula“ is entered from the east.
