Und: Obst und Gem\u00fcse aus \u00d6ko-Anbau hat bei den Verbrauchern jenem aus konventioneller Erzeugung den Rang abgelaufen: 53 Prozent entscheiden sich laut einer aktuellen Befragung eher f\u00fcr Bio. Bei Molkereiprodukten, Fleisch und Wurst bevorzugen immerhin 36 Prozent der Konsumenten \u00d6ko-Produkte.
