Das konnte man am 05.11. in Spiegel-online lesen:
\nMaya Gabeira h\u00e4tte den Ritt fast nicht \u00fcberlebt. Es ist nun rund eine Woche her, dass sie in Nazar\u00e9 an der K\u00fcste Portugals eine gigantische Welle surfte, ins Wasser st\u00fcrzte und an Land wiederbelebt werden musste. Ihr Landsmann Carlos Burle hatte die 26-J\u00e4hrige aus dem Wasser gezogen.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

Heute haben wir uns mal in Nazar\u00e9 umgeschaut um zu erfahren, wo die gr\u00f6ssten Wellen der Welt geritten werden.
\nAnfang des Jahres war der US-Profi-Surfer Garrett McNamara in Nazare\/Portugal und hat hier die h\u00f6chste Welle aller Zeiten abgeritten. Das Monster soll 30 Meter hoch gewesen sein.
\nHeute waren sie vielleicht 10 bis 15 Meter hoch.<\/p>\n
